Single spey.avi

A single spey-thanks to Whit Monster for shootin it.
A decent cast-room for improvment.

Arm curl lift.
Low rod tip into back cast.
Good rise up and timing.
Forward cast is OK but looks like I'm strangling the cork a bit-that causes problems with tracking and acceleration.
