I've been working hard at figuring out the forward cast with a focus on hand path and the bottom & top hand relationship.

I've found out that just a bit out of whack here or too much of something there and the cast is BUGGERED.

Still working out some theory's I have but have not been able to prove them yet but I'm close and having fun(really just painful monotonous work) with it.
