Finally enjoyed a lazy day with no work!
I even went out and practiced today.
Missed the Sandy clave this year but I NEEDED a nice relaxing day as next week may be quite hectic at work again.
Ali and I took a nice nap today.
Hope to get some more practice in soon as my casting is now better than ever and I want to lock in a few changes I've made in the back cast and forward cast.
